In real estate, everything moves quickly. With this project, the aim was to deliver a quality multipage marketing brochure within a tight turnaround time to get this outsourced to the printers and into the agent’s hands quickly. Tasked with the entire creation of the brochure, I was fully responsible for design direction, including layout, color palette, and typesetting. With large photos often carried across the spread, the goal was to convey the unique features of the property, letting the photos speak for themselves. Also needed was the clear listing of data such as nearby businesses, distance to major cities in Virginia, and county market insights, which was achieved with custom maps and infographics to match the design of the brochure. This brochure gives any potential buyer or investor a well rounded look at the property and its offerings.
